Uni-T UT345A Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
The Uni-T UT345A ultrasonic thickness gauge is a precise and modern measuring device equipped with a powerful microprocessor, enabling accurate measurement of material thickness and sound velocity in the range of 1–300 mm. Thanks to its sensitive probe, automatic calibration, and continuous measurement and alarm functions, this model is ideal for inspecting metal components, pipes, or tanks exposed to corrosion. The built-in 2000 mAh battery provides up to 16 hours of operation, and the easy-to-read 2.4” LCD screen facilitates use in various conditions. The device is used, among others, in the petrochemical, aerospace, and shipbuilding industries.
Measurement precision and versatility
The UT345A uses ultrasonic technology, allowing for non-destructive testing of material thickness without damaging the material. Thanks to a wide range of sound speeds and the ability to select different materials, the user can adjust settings to a specific task, resulting in more accurate results. The continuous measurement function and the ability to store up to 300 data sets allow for convenient analysis of results, while an audible alarm alerts the user when set values are exceeded.
