No, unfortunately we do not have a physical store in which to welcome you. We have offices where we can welcome you for any request for quotes or information by appointment. However, you will find a very detailed description of each of our products as well as several photos of them. You will therefore be able to consult all their specifications and discover what the products in question look like. Do you have additional questions regarding these? Yes, we obviously take the environmental issue into account. Although we are aware that some of our materials are not 100% recyclable, we strive to use as many sustainable materials as possible.

Deliveries and returns

Yes, deliveries are free for all orders over €99. Great Technology takes full responsibility for delivery costs from this amount. Below this, we unfortunately cannot offer delivery, but this will only cost you €9

Of course, no problem. If you are not satisfied with it, you can return it up to 15 days after receiving it. (note this is only valid for individuals).

No, at Great technology we offer you the possibility of returning your order free of charge.

To return your order to us, write to us at info@great-technology.be. We will then email you the return label within 2 business days. All you have to do is print it, put the products back in the packaging and affix the label to the packaging to return your order.

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel it.

If your order is already ready for shipping or is on its way, we can no longer cancel it. You can refuse the product at the time of delivery to have your order returned to us, or accept the order and then return it. Find out how to return your product to us here.

Great Technology delivers to Belgium and Europe. You can therefore order from the following countries: The 27 countries of the European Union (with the exception of the French islands across the Atlantic)

We aim to deliver your order within 2 working days. Thanks to the track & trace code that you will find in your order confirmation email, you will be able to track it.

Orders

The warranty period differs from product to product, as do the warranty periods of different components of a specific product which may also differ. Therefore, you will find information relating to the warranty period of a product in the specifications of the latter.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. You will find your order number, the code allowing you to follow its delivery as well as the overview of your payment. Is the product received damaged or even broken? This is obviously unfortunate, but we are not letting you down.
1. Please take photos of the damaged product and its packaging first.
2. Send us an e-mail mentioning your order number as well as a description of the damaged items to info@great-technology.be. Also remember to add the photos to this email before sending it.
3. We will then contact you to resolve this issue.
If your product is indeed damaged, do not return it: we would then not be able to control at which stage the problem occurred.

Payments

1. Go to our webshop and search for the product you want to order.
2. Indicate the number of copies of the product(s) you want to order and click on the [add to cart] button.
3. Go to your cart and click on [order/pay].
4. Choose your preferred payment method and pay for your order.

Did you receive a confirmation email? If yes, your payment has been successfully completed and we have received your order.
Didn't receive a confirmation email? Remember to check your spam. Then check whether the payment was made and try again if not. The payment has been made, but you have not received a confirmation email? Please contact our customer service at the following address: info@great-technology.be.

Discounts

Yes, we of course offer discounts and promotions from time to time.
But we can't say in advance when we will do it. As soon as a promotion is running, you will find it on our home page. This will also be mentioned alongside the product(s) in question in our webshop.
