For optimal performance, we recommend KYOCERA toners which are specially designed for your printers and multifunction devices.
Using compatible toner cartridges may cause technical problems with printing devices. Such damage caused by using these toner cartridges will not be covered by the warranty.
A comparative toner test of original toner versus compatible toners was conducted by the German organization TÜV Rheinland. This test compares the original KYOCERA TK-590 toner with three compatible toners.
Here are some results from the test report:
- up to 73% more waste with compatible toners;
- KYOCERA products are more reliable:
- the compatible C toners damaged four developers on two printers;
- toner leaks in two new toner cartridges of toner A and one toner cartridge of B;
- No problem with the original KYOCERA toner.
