RCC functionality for a wide range of phone models with DHSG support. The Jabra LINK 14201-10 enables remote Electronic Handling Control (EHS) with Jabra wireless headsets and a wide range of phone models from Aastra, Agfeo, Auerswald, Funkwerk, Innovaphone, Siemens, Snom, Swyk, Deutsche Telekom, Tiptel, and Ipitomy (see the Jabra compatibility overview or contact your Jabra sales representative for advice on the right solution). Once installed, employees can control their calls directly from their wireless headset up to 137 meters (450 feet) from their desk.
It allows users to hear phone ringtones, answer and hang up calls, adjust the volume and mute the call from the Jabra wireless headset up to 150 meters away from the desk (wireless range depends on the headset).
