FIPS 197 certified, XTS-AES 256-bit encryption for data protection with automatic USBtoCloud© backup
Kingston IronKey™ Locker+ 50 USB flash drives offer enterprise-class security based on 256-bit AES hardware encryption in XTS mode, including protection against BadUSB thanks to digitally signed firmware and against brute-force attacks. The LP50 is also TAA compliant.
The LP50 now supports multi-password (administrator and user) options with complex or passphrase modes. Complex mode allows passwords of 6 to 16 characters using 3 of the 4 character sets. The new passphrase mode allows the use of a numeric PIN, a phrase, a list of words, or even song lyrics, with a length of 10 to 64 characters. The administrator can activate or reset a user password to restore data access. To facilitate password entry, the "eye" icon can be activated to reveal the entered password, reducing typos that lead to failed login attempts. Brute-force protection locks the user after 10 consecutive unsuccessful password attempts and erases the secure data on the USB drive if the administrator password is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row. In addition, an integrated virtual keyboard protects passwords from keyloggers or screen recorders.
The Locker+ 50 is incredibly convenient: with its compact metal casing and key ring, it lets you take your data anywhere. The LP50 also features an optional USBtoCloud (by ClevX©) backup function, allowing you to access the data on the drive from your personal cloud storage: Google Drive™, OneDrive (Microsoft©), Amazon Cloud Drive, Dropbox™, or Box. Easy to set up and use, with no application installation required, the LP50 is accessible to everyone: all the necessary software and security features are pre-installed on the drive. It's compatible with Windows© and macOS©, allowing users to access files from multiple systems.
